If you are able to connect to the internet and you have a problem then it may be possible for us to connect, over the internet, to your computer and rectify the problem. This obviously saves money for you as an Engineer visit may not be neccessary. The cost? It costs only £20 (inc vat) for remote assistance from Dronfield Computers (can only be refunded if we are unable to connect to your computer) If after a remote session it is deemed necessary for an engineer to visit your home / premises then a discount of £10 (inc vat) will be given against the visit cost.
